The heating is switched on at approx. 6°C and switched off at approx. 16°C via an integrated thermostat. An external thermostat (101.0389) in front of the transformers ensures automatic switching between summer and winter operation, significantly reducing the operator's workload and also reducing power consumption!
Mod. 135P-H33: the bowl is heated via a 24 V, 33 W frost protection heating cable. The supply cable (without heating power) is approx. 2 m long. Use it in connection with a circuit system heated by a SUEVIA heating unit.
Mod. 135P-H33-17: the bowl, the valve and the feed pipe is heated via a 24 V, 50 W frost protection heating cable. 33 W of this is installed below the bowl. The remaining 17 W (approx. 2 m cable length) is used to keep the feed-pipe frost-free.
If this heating cable is installed on plastic pipes, make sure that this water pipe is suited for warm and cold water. For better heat distribution the water pipe has to be wrapped first with an aluminium adhesive tape (101.1099).
